@Rulefiji seeing how the attack potency of kyria's attacks are unspecified they cannot have a solid tier and are most likely Low 7-A to High 7-A, (a case could be made for his ultimate form to be on the VERY low end of High 4-C, due to the feat of him rewinding time on a large planetary scale.).

I would say he would die fairly quickly as his sense of justice (along with the large amount of evildoers in TGV) would bring him into fights with beings who far outclass him in his crusade for vengeance and justice, and due to how prominent evildoers such as Foreigner: True Dust, Virus404/Jack, Shadow God, and Fear!Sans are kyria would likely try to bring judgement onto them, only to be absolutely obliterated.

However if you specify the power each attacks wield his tiering could change fairly easily.

@Sansfan1563, you are underestimating this guy, as this guy has the 7 souls. 7 souls that is clearly undertale based which means that he would be Multiversal+.

That in mind, I agree with you that he would die very quickly for similar reasons.

Kyria in his max power (+ultimate form) is large planet level

@Inksaness Asriel's hyper-death form can easily be debunked to universal or low universal. also depending on the character the power of the souls may effect them in a different way (could be stronger or weaker).

For example, the original base Puppet Master Sans (before I buffed it too low Multiversal) was barely stronger than Fatal Error, a character who can be argued being city level all the way up to low universal level.

If he stays in the bar, then he can survive more than a week. since fighting isn't allowed, also he can and will run if he knows or feels like he is outmatched
