@Gnurla godessa at base is not even low externaversal, she becomes low externaversal in her Absolute Transcendence state.
Also Dr. Papsey would likely be able to tank every hit as he is the Antithesis of Destruction and Wounding, so he can just say no to any form of damage he may take, also he could just get rid of Pennywise’s evil tendencies with his Anti-Ruption leading the battle to end peacefully.
Also here are all of Dr. Papsey’s powers:
Antistruction and Absence Manipulation: An ability granted to him by my take on Keith, it essentially allows him to be the Antithesis of Destruction and the absence of it, alongside absolute and beyond absolute dominion over it. In layman's terms, something akin to Hope!Sans' unfiltered existence.
Un-Wounding: The antithesis of wounding, essentially allows him to wound wounds and harm harms. In short, fuck destruction.
Phonk Palace: He can blast phonk within the entirety of the Godscape, all who hear the phonk will essentially his helpers in healing a narrative.
Cowbells of Creativity: Another ability granted to him by my take on Keith, said cowbells fit the phonk theme; ringing the bells resound absolute unfliterement in its entirety and nontirety, existencing above creation and destruction as a whole.
Anecdote Amalgamation: He can essentially combine 2 or more narratives (usually infinite), together and into one; stitching the best parts into some kind of. . look you'll just have to see it to know what I mean.
Anti-Ruption: The antithesis of corruption, evil, etc. Papsey usually uses this to heal the angst of destroyer OCs and fix broken worlds, even destroyed concepts.
"The Left Hand of the Drum of Imagination": This allows him to have the "strength" and "capacity" comparable to that of a second in command to Palladium Maxim, essentially "elevating" him somewhere between Hyperversal and Externaversal.
Anti-Story: The natural antithesis of plots, thus being the absences and beyond narratives as a whole. Something akin to SCP-2742.

Re-wrote and Stitched together an Infinite amount of broken and bad narratives in a Infinite amount of verses into one coherent and sensible greater narrative.
Used the Original Hope!Sans’ Essence to make Harmonytale and its narrative upon his request (this feat also inadvertently created the Current Hope!Sans and the Current Fear!Sans).
Stitched together narratives that where Beyond Dimensionality and Beyond Concepts.

I find it painfully ironic that Virus404 got more votes than penny wise in his poll and now against being who are stronger then Virus404 are getting less then him.
