Hard Stats
When it comes to stats, Jade seemingly Breaks the scales with his being immeasurable. Although Shadows are unspecified, we can assume. His power give a general amount of attack, which would seem to be very high, although his total DEF and HP pale in comparison, giving the edge to Jade!
Melee Weaponry: If you had read the battle between Jade and Wild-Soul, you will recall Jade is very formidable in melee weapons and is also very experienced. His jaded blades are able to cut through anything like butter, as well as using Bones, blasters etc. as close ranged weapons, as he's capable of turning anything really into a temporary Melee weapon. Not to mention a single punch from jade is more than capable of severely injuring anyone. As well as the human who will fight along jade just for their own survival, which makes this a 2v1!
Although shadow most likely is not as experienced, his melee weaponry can end if used correctly. His Shadow sickle is used to brutally execute people, and can be turned into other weapons most likely due to its shadow nature.
These weapons are deadly in their own rights, Shadow able to make many new weapons with his sickle, but Jades paranormal physical strength, Overall experience, cutting-edge Blades and the humans own weapons takes the edge in this category!
Ranged/Blast: Weapons: Unlike Shadows lack-luster performance in his melee category, Shadow comes in with powerful blasters that deal massive damage to positive beings, Bones capable of infecting others with his shadows and a blast capable of corrupting others and insta killing positive beings like Dream.
Jade counters this with his own Gaster blasters, capable of melting through armor and tough metals, His very durable bone attacks which can easily pierce through beings, and his String attack which can be used to incapacitate Shadow God.
2 great contenders with powerful blast and ranged weapons, but jade once again takes the edge on this category, as Shadow gods attack only deal massive amounts of damage on positive beings, something Jade is far from being!
Aux. Weapons: Shadow is obviously well adopted with shadows, able to use them as both transportation or as a deadly attack. Capable of manipulating blood, shadow and sense other negative beings, and capable of feeding off negativity to empower himself.
Jade on the other hand can absorb and grow power, Is omnipresent, Near immortal, uses all forms of soul manipulation, manipulates death and dark energy and finally gains the mental will of anyone he's fighting which he can turn into his minions. Both have very useful tool and weapons that can be used efficiently, however most of Shadows weaponry is practically useless, as Jade has no blood and is not a full negative being. Some apply for Jade, as Shadow is most likely unable to be taken over, due to his already broken and sadistic mind.
Both are efficient, but Jade Takes the edge once again for using most of these abilities to his advantage!
Final Forms: Both jade and shadow do not have any forms, no one wins this category.
Additional Info: Shadow God seems to have an indestructible morale due to him enjoying and sticking with killing others and making them suffer, as well as definitely having the upper hand if the battle area is a dimly lit area or manages to capture Jades weakened mindset, but this will be hard to access due to the humans influence. Positive emotions and beings will probably be able to deal more damage to this being.
Jade on the other hand Has an unpredictable nature and has an endless hunger for power, he can even disregard his own safety which can aid Shadow. He's very manipulative and his mere presence can affect Shadows power. He also has an unnatural hearing ability as well as having no soul, which makes shadows hate manipulation and corruption is less effective on Jade.
Final Verdict: By compiling all our data, we determined that Jade is the definite winner in this battle! No categories were left exclusive to Shadow, just because his abilities are mostly useless against Jade. Plus, Jade's overall growing power will eventually surpass Shadow, making it a breeze for him to beat. The real ONLY way for Shadow to beat jade would of been to deal as much physical damage as possible, but this would of been impossible as Jade would of made quick work of shadow relatively easily! Maybe if the battle area was dimly lit, The darkened terrain would of given Shadow more control over the battle.
