All those recolored 404s were removed for good reason

Okay, but that was back then. All of these 404 knock offs were wiped due to being poorly written, not to mention Darth wanting to disassociate as much from Alphatale as he could, as well as not wanting TGV to be a place full of shitty unoriginal Sans OCs. You can't bring up past TGV as an excuse to bring Observer back with essentially no change to the design. It's cool he's getting a rework story-wise, but the design needs a complete overhaul.

@NOFAD It's pretty blatant which design it draws close to. Yes V404 was inspired from 404, but it did enough changes. All this did was grab V404 and dump white all over it.
