Well he has fought and killed beings with it before, but yes it would work. Depends on if you can keep up with him however as I gave him a speed buff that makes him match foreigner: delta!sans who is very fast.

Last I checked RV was baseline externaversal if you exclude outside forces such as The Council and The Emperor

Me on my way to port some of my RV stuff here,

(Basically I was done with the constant stress of my pages maybe being deleted here, so I made my own wiki where you would not have to deal with that stress)

@Minetfq the creator excuse my corporate response, but RV was made for creative freedom and bad pages are always the precursor to good ones if the writer keeps writing, so we don’t delete bad pages on RV and try and encourage improvement.
