What would be the most powerful character on godverse, in CSAP Tiering System?
Theoretically DND (specifically DM’s) outscales fiction due to infinite monkey theorem…… I know this sounds dumb but hear me out. (I will be using CSAP for this)
In DND there exist Homebrew settings/Campaigns where the dungeon master crates the entire campaign themselves, sometimes they use some elements already in DND and other times they make it ENTIRELY from scratch, so theoretically a Dungeon master could maliciously craft a Cosmology for their DND setting which just so happens to outscale Alphatale, SCP, SCP CN branch, WOD, and so on so forth. And some DM’s even set some of their campaigns in other fictional settings (I have heard of some DM’s making SCP inspired campaigns or campaigns in the actual SCP Cosmology) and the DM is the creator and controller of all of this. So if there are an infinite amount of Homebrew DND campaigns made entirely from scratch by the DM, theoretically one of them will eventually do what I just described, At lowest using this however DM’s would be Low 2-C as they created the entire universe the campaign takes place in by themselves, and at most they would be 1-S if my theoretical situation comes true and the DM does make a DND setting that meets the standards for the 1-S tier and sense the DM was the one who created said setting, that would mean by extension they would be 1-S as well as they where the it’s creator.
And if we do not take Homebrew stuff into account then DM’s in DND DM’s at lowest would be 3-A and at most would be High 3-A (possibly Low 2-C) as they still have infinite control over the universe the campaign takes place in and could change any aspect of it as they so please.
(It's opinion based)
Well, writing this since I just finished my new-chapter for one of my favorite pages of mine. So yeah, enough of that, what would be the most strongest character in fiction? Well, we don't know since there are millions of forgotten novels, games, and others that exists. But you know, that's not anybody wants. So, what is the strongest character in fiction ever 'found' as for now?
In most of the powerscaling communties, they use VS Battles Wiki for having more active powerscalers and it has been famous for powerscaling since many years ago. So the question would be shrinked to 'The strongest character in the currently-found fiction scaled in VS Battles Wiki.'
The VS Battles Wiki's Tiering System contains multiple dimensions-scaling and scaling on cardinals:

Click this yellow text, and you will see the scaling of cardinals.

Have you read those two pages that I gave you? Then, you would probably accept this. The highest scaled character in VS Battles Wiki is not I Am That I Am, or Supreme Author, but Self-Reference ENGINE according to this thread:
https://vsbattles.com/threads/top-10-strongest-characters-for-every-tier-continuation.129410/
Since VS Battles Wiki scales those mathmetical concepts higher than their top tier of their Tiering System, (Such as, Mathiverse being 'Inaccesible Layers into Boundless' although that sounds shit.) Self-Reference ENGINE would be logically take the highest place because of their hierachies having almost all kinds of high-scaled mathmetical concepts, and all others.
Then, why does youtube shorts usually picks I Am That I Am from World of Darkness as the highest scaled character? Well, mostly because of Project FM's wanking:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/7z11vV6o8l4
The Baseline Universe is scaled as High-Outerversal mentioned on this thread, and there isn't enough gap to reach 'Above Tiering System' at the Tapestry, although Project FM straight up said that bullshit. It would be scaled as Inaccesible Layers into Boundless if we scale the entire cosmology. Self-Reference ENGINE vastly outscales it, as they contain mathmetical concepts and structures, and has enough explanation of it, (used All Fiction Battles Wiki for the source, but it explains it all, so I recommend you to watch it.)
In conclusion, the strongest character in fiction ever 'found' with VS Battles Wiki's Tiering System, is Self-Reference ENGINE(Character) via mathmetical structures and having no vague statement or contradictions.
And that's all I wrote.
