An avatar coat or 404 COAT is a piece of attire that resembles a highly modified hooded surcoat or duster commonly seen on characters throughout the TGV and wikis like it. it is usually a default look to TGV inhabitants and other characters throughout, but most seen on characters with 404 in their name thus the reason for the second name 404 COAT.

LORE WISE: The AVATAR COAT is a piece of attire usually worn by default amongst incredibly powerful gods in the TGV as a right of gods passage or as a symbol of extreme power over others along with divinity or malevolence depending on the wearer.
META WISE: the first appearance of the coat was from the earlier variants of ERROR!404 by SHADIKAL15 and in turn got a massive following with other characters coming about wearing it like FATAL!404 and VIRUS!404.
APPEARANCE[]
An AVATAR COAT is a coat that highly resembles a hooded surcoat or duster and comes in many colors and patterns but often only using the base colors of white, black, or grey. Using accent colors like red, blue, purple, or black and more sometimes also having mix accent colors or having the base colors for the accent colors like black on black or white on white and always has a fur trim around the back of the neck and shoulders of the hood. Patterns wise it can have many variations but a default AVATAR COAT will have the following: a ring/halo like logo on the top of the hood, two rings connected via a straight line down the side of both sleeves which splits into a 3 fork like lines connected to the wrist of the coat, straight lining on the edges of the coat and wrist of the coat along with an fur that wraps around the back of the hood and drops near the shoulders all being the accent or accents color. Different variations and modifications can also be the following: the tail of the coat being flared having a spikey like look or also having fur running the edges of the wrists and edges, the neck fur having markings throughout along with other fur modifications, diamond triangle or other shapes replacing the rings or just complete substitution or absence of them, sashes or belts on the arms and waist of the coat.
