Origin[]
The sound of a hammer could be heard in an empty void.
The hammer was hitting the anvil all the time with the man who was using the hammer having bleed from his hands and the blood was dropping on the anvil becoming one with the thing that the man was creating.
The man had a wish but was not able to grant wishes. All the man could do was create things using his hammer and anvil so the man had started to build an artifact that could grant him a wish. Working for eons on the artifact wanting to make the perfect one to grant him the wish he had desired for a long time.
When the artifact was made the man grabbed it. His eyes filled with happiness he held it tightly and then looked at it. The artifact was a beautiful crystal illuminating a turquoise light with dark blue and light purple colors on it too. The man thought about the thing he wished for the one thing he had wanted but couldn’t as that wish was something no one would have granted him so just as he was to make the wish.
As he was close to fulfilling the thing, he wanted to have he was stopped, stopped by forces that were much more powerful than him. These forces overpowered him, making him immobilized restricting his thoughts to simpler thinking not able to have complex thought process anymore.
Making it impossible for him to make the wish he wanted to make. So, he did the simplest wish that he could do with his mind. Wishing that the crystal shall never be found by the ones who stopped him.
The crystal shined in bright colors that it had on it. Glowing as bright as a dying star and disappearing from them all leaving far, far away to a place it now resigns in a castle. That is in a place filled with threat against the ones that are alive. This place has all sorts of danger for any being of any type with the crystal that is being protected by ancient stone guardians that will attack anybody who enters the place.
The crystal powers[]
The crystal can grant any wish of the user that the user desires. The crystal analyses the being that is holding it and allows it a wish which corresponds to the potential power that the being will have later in its life.
It does not do that by tapping in the time or anything like that as it is something much more. It is more of a feature that was added the same to its power of being capable to grant any wish the potential part is more of a thing that was also added by the man while not having thought about it the crystal had read the desire of the man which had it in that he did not want to it being used easily by just anyone.
The location[]
The location of that unique crystal is inside a realm that defies all concepts itself and rules. When a being enters that realm, it could be said that they leave the previous place they came from and follow a new set of rules, rules that are always changing and never the same. The realm is a dead place as no matter where a being looks, they will only see the dead from dead plants to dead animal corpses that are still decaying and rotting bodies of the living humans all the minerals are also falling apart all the time. The concepts that are in this realm not even follow any path of logic as they contradict each other in that realm time is bending itself and being in a reverse place, speed acts in ways where a slow being can gain a irrelevant speed while then becoming immobile the space of the realm are always breaking and ripping causing space rifts to occur that suck anything in them like a black hole but unlike a black hole they don’t kill instead they bring the thing that they have sucked in, in a different location all alone or be send to the place they were before entering this realm.
When a being enters this realm, they will notice no matter where they go, they will always come to a castle but in the castle entrance direction never to any other. Even when one tries to go to the back of the castle, it will be simple to be at the entrance of it again. The being that is there will be forced to enter through the entrance when close the bridge that connects to the castle will go down and the gates of the castle will open. That is when the true appearance of the castle will be shown, which is a building made from a completely black stone.
When going through the gate door the being will then be suddenly in the dungeon of the castle not teleportation it isn’t a form of teleportation more of shifting the entirety of the castle so that the entrance becomes the dungeon. That is where the danger will start when inside the being will have all its powers but the opponents of that one will face in the dungeon can be described as weak, they will face against species of all kinds but with each one being a slave. Because them all being slaves, beating them will be quite easy for anyone the beings will always be the same level as their opponent in strength, speed, endurance etc. however their skills are all different in the dungeon as there are only slaves. While they are equal in power, they do not possess any great skills and when they do their control over it isn’t good.
The dungeon is seemingly never ending and that is intentionally so the ruler of that realm intended for the ones that enter this place to believe that this dungeon is never ending and sending waves of slaves to the intruder when it sees however that the intruder is still trying it will let the intruder go to the next floor which is now the entrance that the being was first at. When there the being will face a group of mediocre trained knights with each and one of them having only basic training while having magicians at their back also only basic training. They possess a wider range of abilities on their own and better control than a slave can ever have.
When a being passed through that they will come to a dining hall where everything is a trap and the supernatural now attack. Phantoms and ghosts are the main enemies here with demons causing debuff to the intruder and then striking the intruder when they least expect it while the ghosts are there to try take over the intruder or induce madness to them. Everything in the dining room however is also a mimic thing that pretend to be an object but are not so the dining room itself is really a mimic than anything else.
Passing that dining hall, they are almost near the end now they need to bypass guards. The guards are giant stone golems that will be stronger than their opponents in strength, durability and speed while showing extreme regeneration able to survive even complete body destruction. While the intruder needs to fight the golems a swarm of skeletons will also attack those that are summoned by a group of undead lords.
When the guards are bypassed, the intruder reaches the throne room where there will be a group of black knights ready to face the intruder. The black knights show complete mastery over any form of material art, usage of weapon and even a magic mastery. They can summon any weapons they need while using a huge variety of both offensive and defensive attacks also debuff and support magic they are a coordinated group that cannot be shaken as they possess no emotions even when one dies, they will have already a new plan to how to beat the intruder. When they are beaten the crystal of wish will then appear when the intruder sits on the throne when there the crystal will value the potential the being has and then grant the wish that the being potential allows to.
Trivia[]
It is possible for ocs to be guards there too when an oc becomes a guar in that castle they will become a form of leader and there can be any set number of leaders and each leader can summon a set of finite number of troops to aid them if the maker of the realm allows to.
The defeating of the enemy is not required in that castle as the one who made that realm is always watching over any intruder that comes and looks if they shall continue or not as there can be any number of opponents coming to the intruder the maker will always make the intruder suffer hardship till the maker things it is enough and let the intruder go to the next floor.
The one who made that realm has made so whenever a being enters the realm when it returns to the place it came from no time will have passed neither will any being truly die in that realm as the maker does not wish the death of anyone.
Beings with the power of teleportation,erasure,immortality,attack immunity or things like that have their powers removed when entering the realm. The maker does not want that the fight for the crystal of wish is like a walk in the part which is why he will make sure that any form of power that makes it too easy will be blocked in its realm.
The set of enemies on each floor is now a fixed thing meaning while entrance has knights and magicians when someone else reaches that same entrance floor, they may confront vampires rather than knights or magicians.
Multiple people can enter that realm and form a team however the difficulty increases times the amount of people came in and so does the number of opponents the intruders need to face.
There is no set number of opponents on the floors there can be many on a floor but for that they are not that strong or a little amount but for that they are posing a big threat.
