Being Reworked Corrupt Chara is the Wife of Fear!Sans and Goddess of Corruption.
Backstory (W.I.P)[]
Chapter 1: Harmony[]
Years ago two races walked the earth, Humans and Monsters. For awhile these two races lived in peace, however when humans discovered the monsters ability to absorb human souls which could give them god-like power the humans in their fear began a war with the monsters. This war went on for a long time, but one Human who harbored incredible magic powers wanted an end to this bloody conflict and a return to peace. This human was named Chara.
Chara had seen the trouble and bloodshed this war caused, how it broke apart Formerly healthy friendships, turned friends into foes, how it hurt both sides equally and would result in their mutually assured destruction. Chara wanted to avoid all of these fates for both sides and thus began a campaign of peace and harmony using her proficiency in magic to cast spells to bring the two sides together either by pacifying them or making them fight together against a common enemy, she also started writing songs and poems infused with calming magic and visions of peace in hopes of them becoming widespread enough to help stop this conflict.
Although her tactics where finding success, it was not enough for the entire war to end between the two races, no matter how hard she tried the conflict would just continue and Chara slowly started to lose hope. However this would change when she met two particular skeleton monsters, Sans and Papyrus. Chara had heard of Sans before as he was essentially the Monster’s super-weapon a being who could decimate armies along with his incredible magic power, but by his side was another Skeleton named Papyrus, he like sans was supposed to be a super-weapon for the Monster’s but unlike sans, Papyrus did not fully give into the monsters propaganda against the humans and instead was horrified by the aspects of war and how many lives where being unfairly taken away, so when Papyrus heard of a human who also wanted peace he brought along Sans in hopes that together they could change his mind. And this plan worked wonders, together Chara and Papyrus managed to rid him of the brainwashing propaganda and instead turn him to the side of peace and the 3 of them managed to work to get her to improve on chara’s techniques and tactics making them infused with stronger magic and Sans using his position in the monster army to spread out the poems and songs Chara made while they are disguised as moral support songs/poems.
Due to the efforts to of Chara not giving up hope even when everything was turning bleak and working hard she had succeeded in her goal of world peace with the help of Sans and Papyrus. If she would not have worked as hard or had given up hope it is likely things would not have gone the way they did. Now with the world in peace Chara would continue to work making sure everyone was happy and safe, leading into years of prosperity. However no one could have predicted the horrors that where soon to come.
Chapter 2: Corruption[]
Years had passed sense Chara managed to bring her universe everlasting peace with the help of Sans and Papyrus, the world was thriving and advances in technology, medicine and the economy grew rapidly to futuristic levels making Harmonytale a beacon of light and a utopia in TGV. Chara was working hard on a new monorail with the help of Sans who was now the worlds lead scientist and architect and they were making staggering progress on it. This was a life Chara was competent with, peaceful and harmonious, if only she knew that at that moment they where being watched. A pitch black figure bel ended in with the night sky with the only tell of it’s presence being that of two glowing fear inducing eye’s. It was watching Chara and Sans thinking about multiple ways to make this world fall and make it’s mark in TGV to tell everyone that no one is safe and cause Fear and Panic to spread across the Godscape. Then it came up with a genius idea, a twisted idea, and as it laughed it kept its blood red eye’s fixated on Sans.
the next day Chara woke up she went through her morning routine, and got ready for a new day. But as she was eating her breakfast she heard a knock on her door, having a gut instinct that something bad happened she stopped everything and went to the door and behind it was a worried looking Papyrus and Frisk. Frisk explained to Chara that when Papyrus woke up this morning he could not find Sans anywhere and went to her to ask if she had seen him, when Frisk didn’t know they both decided to go and ask Chara but like the two of them Chara also did not know where Sans was, and the three of them went looking. After sweeping through a few building’s Chara led the others to the room where she and Sans where working on the Monorail plans and found Sans asleep on the blue prints but he had blocked of a black substance on him along with a puddle of spilled ink on the ground. When they woke Sans up he looked surprised and summoned a bone in shock but when he looked around he just saw it was his “Friends” with a look of relief on his face and de-summoned the bone and looked at them asking about what was going on. Papyrus then jumped onto Sans telling him he was super worried about him and Sans apologized saying he must have fallen asleep while working on the Monorail blueprints. Chara was relived that Sans was ok and once everyone left Chara talked with Sans for awhile as they continued work on the Monorail, during their work Chara swore she saw Sans’ eyes flash red for a split second which sent shivers down her spine but thinking it was just her mind messing with her she ignored it. During their work Sans sent some subtle flirts her way in a tone she never heard him speak in before, the way the tone of his voice sounded was supernaturally charming for her and she could not help but giggle and flirt back. Soon they both got distracted and had a full on flirt competition with Chara eventually admitting defeat with Sans making a joke afterwards causing both of them to burst out laughing, however a being in a secret room beside them struggled to free themselves from chains and was filling up with rage as he heard IT flirting with Chara as it took his place.
Multiple Days passed as sense their first flirting competition and Sans…? and Chara engaged in more flirting competitions as they worked on the Monorail with Sans winning every time without fail, eventually Sans managed to convince Chara to meet him during the dead of night underneath the Tree of everlasting peace and Chara leaving soon After that. Sans then started to pack up their work and as he was about to head out he heard a loud snap as if chains broke, hearing this made Sans’ smile widen and let out a quiet but ominous laugh.
Inevitably the dead of night came and Both Sans and Chara met up under the tree of everlasting peace and they sat down together gazing at the night sky while engaging in light talk with each other as they watched the stars, 35 minutes after they started talking a shooting star passed over them and Sans seeing that stood up and reached his hand out to Chara who took it and as the tension grew it was suddenly broken as a charge of a blaster could be heard along with a bang as a beam of plasma flew into Sans’ chest. Chara turned her head to see the attacker and saw it to be…. Sans? Looking confused she glanced her head at the Sans who had a hole in his chest and the Sans that attacked the Other Sans, as she kept looking at the two she the Sans that attacked had tattered clothes and chains around his arms and as she looked back at the Wounded Sans’ his chest started to leak a black substance and his smile widened as the black substance started to spread around the Sans next to her and 4 spider legs protruded from his back. The Sans who was now confirmed to be the Real Sans looked on in Horror and Chara had a mixed feelings of both Fear and Heart flutters, Chara knew she should be completely horrified but she did not feel that way and she did not know why. The pretender then looked back at Chara and made eye contact with her as he held out his hand, The Real sans was rushed towards them but before he could make it there The Pretender’s eye’s flashed and Chara held his hand and the Pretender kneeled down and kissed it leaving a black smudge on the spot as Sans Froze in shock at what he saw. Chara was feeling the same intense feelings she felt during those flirting competitions before, she was so preoccupied with these feelings that she did not notice the black smudge on her hand was spreading and when she did notice instead of Fear she felt comfort. Eventually a big ball of that smudge surrounded Chara and the thing beside her started to laugh and Sans was devastated. Inside the ball it started to change Chara both physically and mentally and she emerged from it with not only a new look, but with a new mindset. Chara never gave the people she cared about TRUE Peace, she realized that while things existed True peace could never be achieved and that the only true peace was the comforting abyss of void along with the sweet sweet release of death. Looking back at the one who gave her this gift she embraced him with a hug and he spoke to her an idea, a very wonderful idea, they would give this world TRUE Peace.
Together Both Chara and her new companion set out and started their plan, although it pained Chara to see the faces of those she cared about in pain and betrayed confusion she knew that in the end they would thank her for their new gift, they even managed to bring Frisk into the cause after her companion did some convincing going through the same process as Chara. Eventually Sans caught up with them and fought the 3 of them, determined to avenge the fallen and reverse whatever that thing did to Chara and Frisk but was unsuccessful as the thing that called himself Fear!Sans beat him with little trouble and started to slowly erase him, but during that process a beam of blinding light shot down from the sky in the position sans was in causing what was left of him to disappear. Albeit confused, the 3 of them continued on and Fear!Sans erased every version of Harmonytale from the Omniverse leaving the impact he wanted along with some new Allie’s.
Chapter 3: Unexpected Reunion[]

Personality[]
Chara Before the Fear-Event was an advocate for peace and harmony going as far as to stop an entire war single handedly through the use of non-lethal magic and harmonious songs, Chara was always kindhearted and always wanted to do good and help others. During this time Chara also harbored Feelings for Harmony!Sans but was too shy to truly let him know them.
During/After the Fear-Event Chara’s morals and values became twisted, warped, and corrupted by Fear!Sans. She still believes in peace but Fear!Sans warped that so now Chara believes the most merciful peace is the release of their mortal coil through death. Chara also is in love with Fear!Sans and this love easily can turn into an obsession at some times, however she also still has her long lasting feelings towards Harmony!Sans know known has Hope!Sans and she usually tries to bring Hope!Sans over to her side so that her, Fear!Sans and Hope!Sans can rule the Omniverse together.
Old Appearance (Being Reworked)[]
Chara’s skin and brown hair has become darker, they have Black eyes with Red Pupils, their cheeks now Rose colored, and their clothes changed to become a darker green and the yellow changed to a dark Red. With their cloak on you cannot see their hair or skin only their eyes, cheeks and mouth. They will wear the same clothes they used to while under the cloak, the cloak itself has strange symbols on it that could spell out something. While wearing the dress they you can see their entire head, they wear red gloves over their hands, the crown is made from a strange black material and 3 dark Blood red rubies are planted at the front of it and the dress itself is a very dark green with two patches of Red on the sides of it’s skirt portion.

Corrupted Physiology[]
Chara being corrupted by Fear!Sans has gained a new physiology that is far superior to their previous. Chara’s body and mind acts pretty much the exact same way as Fear!Sans’ making them transcendent/above almost everything and allowing them to erase beings with a touch or slowly erase them on an absolute level. there is a difference as well though as Chara is also transcended/devoid of the concepts of Fear and Suffering, however they are now bound to the Omniversal concept of Obsession and Passion as Fear!Sans’ corruption severely twisted Chara’s mind making her enslaved to them, this acts in a similar way to how Fear and Suffering Effects Fear!Sans, a limit to her true potential.
Corrupt Knifes[]
Chara summons a limitless amount of Dark Red Knifes that WILL pierce through anything no matter how hard or durable. These Knifes once piercing a living being infests them with an unknown substance that spreads around them sucking away their Free Will and making them melt as it manipulates and messes up their physical structure which will also make their Will weaker making it easier for the substance to eat away their free will. Inevitably if the target weaker than Chara in authority and/or power they will fully melt into an amalgamate and have their free will comepletely sucked away and now are under the complete domination of Chara. As an amalgamate they keep their powers, intelligence, personality and memories but they will always act like loyal pets to Chara and will be willing to do anything she asks of them, even if it means killing those they care about.
Eyes of The Goddess[]
Chara learned a new trick that allows them to turn their eyes Blood Red and Pink which emits completely invisible waves in the direction Chara is looking that travel beyond the concept of speed and can effect any dimensional or beyond dimensional being that is equal or lower to her in power and/or authority, if any wave hits someone the victim will feel intense fear (if they are capable of feeling fear) and will bow down in front of chara as their Will is dominated and they start seeing Chara as a Goddess of higher status and authority then them and Chara can assign a “reasonable” amount of tasks for them to do that they will see as a divine mission, the target will always try and complete these tasks even if it ends in their own demise. The target will carry out these tasks and after the tasks are done or the victim dies the effect given to them by the waves ends, however if a target dies before they completed the tasks and then are revived the waves effects will come back and the target will go back to trying to complete the tasks immediately upon revival.
Rebirth (Passive)[]
if she is ever killed, Chara has a passive ability they will allow her to be reborn as long as Fear!Sans is also “alive”. This is possible as when they got married, Chara and Fear!Sans preformed an Eldritch ritual together that made them bound to another on a scale beyond that of space and time. So as long as one of them is around the other can reform.

Obsession[]
After the Fear-Event and her corruption by the hands of Fear!Sans, Chara has essentially become enslaved to her passions and obsessed with Fear!Sans, Turning Hope!Sans to her side, and Fear!Sans’ goals, doing her best to make sure they become a reality and will preserve through any obstacles to make them true. However this obsession usually leads to tunnel vision as Chara primarily focuses on her goals and thus it is fairly easy to predict her or make counters.

M.A.P (Friendly with/servant): when Malware!Sans first saw Chara he first thought she was an intruder and screamed out for fear that an intruder was in his castle and when fear came he did a facepalm realizing he forgot to introduce Chara to the others even though they were dating at the time. He then promptly told Malware about the current status and when Malware!Sans heard that he ran away and soon came back with a welcoming card, gift and a big friendly smile. After seeing this chara smiled and pat him on the head calling him Wholesome.
Her Amalgamates (Pets): after turning someone into an Amalgamate they become under the control of Chara and act like her pets doing things for her. She takes care of them and shows them the same affection a human would give a dog and in return the amalgamates give her the love and loyalty a dog would give to a human.
Trivia[]
- During their first date Chara And Fear had a contest on How long they could remain constantly stabbed and the first one to scream loses. There was no winner.
- Chara will help or go along with Fear!Sans in missions and battles 90% of the time.
- Chara is canonically 3 inches Taller than Fear, 4 inches taller than Malware and the same height as Corrupt!Frisk
- Unbeknownst to Chara Fear!Sans was using his words to manipulate Chara by planting little seeds of lies within her mind that would later sprout in her mind to make her believe those things to be the absolute truth, thus corrupting her.
