Backstory[]
Mr.Spectrums origin is unknown as there is little info as if it was removed, however we do know he wants to make a better world in the simipliest terms.
Chapter 1 The Uploads[]
Part 1 The Overview[]
Mr.Spectrum wanted to gain more data about the cosmology of TGV, So he wanted to start out by appearing Infront of the greater Otherverse and its layers as he looked at it he destroyed it as its layers ripped but mr.Spectrum fixed them instantly. "Such diversity in many ways." he said to himself as he looks at his hand with a remnant of the greater Otherverse that he had just copied, He sent the it sent it to his file room as it glows while rising. Suddenly a black being with a bunch of red eyes flew through the great Otherverse ripping it in half as it grabs the pieces around him and throws them at mr. Spectrum, as the pieces fly at an infinite speed they get instantly erased as it the definition had never existed, The black being stood in fear shocked "Huh? What are you!?" Mr.spectrum replies with a calm tone, "That is none of your concern" as he says that the being phases out and is erased. Mr.Spectrum fixed the Greater otherverse before moving on to the godscape. he looks at it for a moment as so he rips it to shreds but then fixes it in a matter of a beyond time frame, He looks at his hand where the remnant of such is in so he uploads it as well. He Looks behind him and notices a Dark figure following him, he stares at it for a moment but then mr.Spectrum vanishes without a trace, He had actually stopped by the purgascape, he pointed his finger as the gate seems to phase in and out and then it stops as a smaller version has been uploaded similarly. He knew this is all that he could do without the watchful eye of the higher up beings like Koavire so he decides that he should go somewhere which he could relax
Part 2 The Casino[]
As it had gone about, Mr.Spectrum felt he wanted to take a look around and explore. As Such he instantly appeared infront to the entrance of Atlantis, the Casino of True Godverse, As he floated towards the entrance a guy walked towards him with 3 security guard. It was Xes the head of security in the casino as he stared at him with a look and he says "who are you? I have never seen you here before?" which to mr.Spectrum responds, "Well, I am Mr.Spectrum the eternal Bureaucrat. I believe you're the Chief of the Security guards, am I right Xes." This catches Xes off a bit as he seems a bit warry but he responds "You may enter." As Mr.Spectrum floats by, Xes looks at him and says to himself "I am not sure about this..." As Mr.Spectrum enters a few customers look at him but not directly as Mr.Spectrum knows they are staring at him. A waiter comes by and says "Hello there sir, would you like a seat?" Which Mr.Spectrum responds "Yes, However I do want to talk with the owner here." The waiter responds "Yes, of course sir." which he leads Mr.Spectrum to Ben the owner of the casino. The waiter says to Ben "Excuse me sir, Someone wants to speak to you." Ben looks at him and responds "Of course, you may go now." the waiter walks away and Ben says "What is it you wanted to speak to me?" with a calm tone in which Mr.Spectrum responds. "I wish to be allowed to enter the Unknown and VIP zones." Ben responds "Sir, you must be considered A being cable of defeating some of the higher gods, I must need proof then." Mr.Spectrum says "I knew you would say that so how about this as proof." Mr.Spectrum Snaps his fingers as the entire place they are in is erased and then brought back. "Do you believe me now?" Mr.spectrum says with a calm tone. Ben responds "Ok Fine I believe you." Mr.Spectrum says well "if you don't mind, could I get some Black wine?" Ben nods as he goes to the V.I.P bar. A Drunk Being walks towards Mr.Spectrum saying, "i Doon't Like you, Die!" The being fires a blast that destroys the entire Greater otherverse, which is reverted in damage by Mr.Spectrum. He looks at the being and then the being begins to chock "ARGHHH!,*COUGH*" The being could barley speak as he felt a crushing feeling The some of the bar members were scared as hell, they stared at the Mr.Spectrum with fear, Mr.Spectrum floats towards the being that tried to attack him and as the being was chocking Mr.Spectrum says "You Should watch how you speak to others, you disgraceful being." Ben Comes by and sees what is going on Ben says "What are you doing?!" Mr.Spectrum looks at Ben saying "This being here tried to attack me and he could've hurt others, so what I am doing is justified. Though I forgive him." Mr.Spectrum cracks the beings neck knocking him out as his Wine bottle crashes to the ground shattering. Xes comes in with some guards and the guards grab the being by the jacket saying "Learn some manners you ungrateful pig, Heh as if he can even hear me." They throw him out and Mr.Spectrum floats towards the Casino as he sees a Woman on a table saying "Heya, want to place a bet?" Mr.Spectrum sits down without saying a word. They start the match...

Mr.Spectrum places the final card and wins as he says "Well That was a fun game, maybe try not to do that old charm trick." The Dealer looks a bit worn out saying "Darn, you beat me so easily. How?", Mr.Spectrum places his finger on his face expressing that he won't tell anything. Mr.Spectrum walks off as he grabs the black tea on the table before Ben could say anything. He looks at Ben saying "Thanks for the tea, I hope you have a nice day." As he says so he vanishes.

Appearance[]
Mr Spectrum can choose his appearance however he has a outline varies from pure white to sliver, with a Blazer and a bowtie. He has Oxford shoes and Suit pants. His entire inner body colour is a Very Dark Grey with some small details of pure black. Finally he has a white glowing Enneagram shape on his face that is the only thing glowing pure white in his entire body.
Personality[]
His Personality is a Calm gentlemen with some logical thinking most of the time and can also be described as generous and understanding, however sometimes he can seem a bit political at times. The Problem is that his personality is hard to understand as well as problematic.

Absolute Transcendence[]
Mr.Spectrum is cable of transcending the very infinite sets of definitions and transcend the very defined sets put in place for an infinite amount. Transcending any sort of contradicting definitions as they are nothing but another definition put in the infinite sets of definitions of the great library. Mr Spectrums transcendence is abouslte equal or above the infinite sets of definitions and its finite understanding.
Absolute Immortality[]
Mr.Spectrum is beyond the definition of death and eraser, unable to be defeated by any normal way. As he cannot age, cannot be removed from any definition as being beyond them already and even erasing his definition won't be able to defeat him. He is absolute and even the sets of nothing cannot defeat him in any sets.
Virtual Arcanepotence[]
Mr.Spectrum has virtually complete domain over magic as a whole, as such he is cable of controlling nearly all types of magic as with this level of magic he could most possibly wipe out higher cosmologies. This also means that Mr.Spectrum is immune to most types of magic and with such magic is also able to confine absolute magical power over infinite sets of definitions cable of warping them removing or replacing them as he wishes. With this he can repair and recreate even most of the cosmologies and warp them to his own will.
Absolute body[]
Mr.Spectrum has a body of Absolute, this body is beyond near all forms of definitions as its strength,speed,durability and other physical attributes are absolute and have no sort of limit as his body is not bound by such a thing and his Absolute transcendence is a key factor of it. Mr.Spectrum has so much physical power that he is able to destroy the shamasphere with ease and can shake the Aeter engine a bit(however he can no where near destroy it).
Supreme mind/intelligence[]
As the ability's name says Mr.spectrum has a supreme mind beyond what most can understand which means that control over his mind is impossible as it has no set definition and transcends it without a single problem. The same about his intelligence, He knows nearly everything about TGV and his intelligence having no bounds or a set definition entirely.
Virtual Complete Arsenal[]
Mr.Spectrum has an arsenal of abilities to vast that a simple mind may not understand the number, the number is absolute infinite as he can create new abilities as he wishes, even abilities that may be able to affect the plot. Mr.Spectrum's vast arsenal allows him to gain potential hax that can even be used to defeat beings far more power then himself. This means not only is mr.Spectrum powerful but his vast arsenal is absolute infinite with no end in sight. The final detail means he also has every immunity as the abilities follow, with no vasted limit
