The Great Design is a rule applied to any and all characters beneath the expression of metaversal; metaversal characters while displaying any presence within the Aeter Engine are subject to the sovereignty of Koavire Ideel (King Godverse).
History
The Great Design was established soon after Lotus arrived in the Godverse Fandom. Its implementation was to essentially "clean up" the narrative of Godverse. Lotus understood, before he implemented the design, that many characters suffered a great injustice within the Other-Realm. Many coherent characters based within valid existences were challenged and ultimately defeated by characters who claimed more power but functioned off of invalid terminology; gods, both coherent and incoherent, were forever mocked under the lashing tounges of bitter critiques and forever destined to never be serious creations. Lotus, understanding the plight of the Gods, quickly grasped the entirety of the Aeter Engine; the foundation of Godverse was built on the subjectivity of individual viewpoints on how power should be displayed, and how higher existences on any level of infinity- represented by any cardinal value or mathematical property- could be found in a setting composed of other mini-settings. The Aeter Engine is beyond mathematical representation and values of coherent logic. Lotus took this, and redefined the nature of the Aeter Engine. Most characters were now, to a degree, bound to a certain set of logical and illogical values.
Lotus helped redefine the Aeter Engine by manifesting the Aeter Frame to both solidify the existence and to help validate the rule of King Godverse.
Purpose
"The Great Design". The dread of many Characters and OCs within the True Godverse. Thanks to Lotus, It is woven into the very fabric of definitions and terminologies themselves all throughout Godverse and hinders all characters, even if that character is assumed to transcend the narrative. It enfetters the characters who claim false, incoherent, or nonexistent abilities and strips them of their authority. It can be used to essentially depower joke characters and inconsistent characters into irrelevancy.
The full understanding of the applications of 'The Great Design' is that it forces characters to be enslaved not by their statements, but by their actual descriptions of what they can do and whether or not it could be viable in basic functionality It entangles and affects the so-called Omnipotents, the joke characters, the infinite powered beings who use numerical measurements, and all the so-called 4th wall destroyers. They serve only as a few examples of the implications and deeper meanings that are intertwined within The Great Design.
